Your Right to Use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple Media Services Usage Rules.

The App is licensed rather than sold. Except for the limited right expressly granted above, Current Transmission Limited and its licensors retain all rights in the App.

You must not:

• copy, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or resell the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
• bypass payment, subscription, advertising, usage-limit, or access-control mechanisms;
• interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• use automated tools to extract content or place an unreasonable load on the App;
• modify the App or create unauthorized derivative products;
• use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activities.

App Functions

The App provides tools for working with supported documents and files. These tools may include creating or editing office documents, importing files, converting supported documents and images, managing PDF pages, extracting text, adding watermarks, organizing files, and using document templates.

The exact functions available to you may depend on:

• your App version, device, and operating system;
• the type, size, condition, and structure of a file;
• whether a function requires premium access;
• technical limitations of third-party formats or services;
• regional, legal, or platform restrictions.

We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue individual functions when reasonably necessary for product maintenance, security, compatibility, legal compliance, or changes to third-party services.

Compatibility and Independent Status

The App may support file formats commonly associated with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, Apple, or other third-party products. References to these formats indicate compatibility only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the App is not developed, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, Google, or any other third-party brand owner. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your Files and Documents

You retain ownership of documents, spreadsheets, images, PDFs, text, and other content that you create, import, edit, or process through the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• you have permission to access, edit, reproduce, convert, store, and share the content;
• your content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
• your handling of workplace, client, academic, financial, legal, or personal documents complies with applicable obligations;
• you do not use the App to falsify documents, impersonate others, facilitate fraud, or distribute unlawful material.

We do not acquire ownership of your documents merely because you use the App to process them.

When you choose to export or share a file, you authorize the App to transfer the selected file to the destination you choose. After the file reaches another app, storage provider, printer, email service, or sharing destination, its handling may be governed by that third party’s terms.

Local Storage and Backups

Documents and files are generally processed or stored on your device or in a storage location selected by you.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files. Before deleting pages, merging files, replacing documents, applying permanent edits, or performing conversions, you should preserve an original copy.

We cannot guarantee recovery of files that are:

• accidentally deleted or overwritten;
• corrupted before or during processing;
• lost because of device failure or insufficient storage;
• removed when the App is uninstalled;
• stored through a third-party provider that becomes unavailable;
• affected by operating-system updates or incompatible formats.

Deleting the App does not guarantee that files saved elsewhere through Apple Files, Photos, cloud storage, or another service will also be deleted.

Accuracy of Editing and Conversion

Document formats can contain complex layouts, fonts, formulas, macros, annotations, embedded objects, metadata, encryption, or unsupported elements. As a result, editing and conversion may not always produce an exact copy of the original.

We do not guarantee that:

• every file can be opened, edited, extracted, or converted;
• layouts and formatting will remain identical;
• text extraction will be completely accurate;
• formulas, hyperlinks, tables, fonts, images, or metadata will always be preserved;
• watermarks or page operations will produce the same result in every external viewer;
• converted files will be compatible with every device, application, printer, or platform.

You must review all results before submitting, signing, publishing, printing, sharing, or relying on them. The App does not provide legal, financial, medical, accounting, academic, or other professional advice.

Document Templates

Templates made available through the App are general-purpose starting materials. They may require substantial adjustment and may not satisfy the legal, commercial, institutional, academic, or formatting requirements applicable to you.

You are responsible for checking and adapting a template before use. Unless otherwise stated, App templates may not be extracted, repackaged, redistributed, licensed, or sold as a standalone or competing template collection.

Free Access and Advertising

The App may provide certain functions free of charge. Free access may include advertisements, usage limits, restricted exports, limited templates, or other functional restrictions.

Advertisements may be provided through third-party advertising services. Their availability, format, frequency, and relevance may vary. Viewing an advertisement does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product or service.

We may adjust free-access limits or advertising arrangements as the App develops. Changes will not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Premium Purchases

Premium functions may be offered through:

• auto-renewable subscriptions;
• promotional or introductory free trials;
• lifetime or one-time purchases;
• other in-app purchase options displayed through the App.

The purchase screen presented before confirmation will show the applicable product, price, currency, billing period, trial duration, and included access. Information shown on that screen controls if it conflicts with a general description in these Terms.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel automatic renewal in accordance with Apple’s subscription rules. Renewal will generally be charged using the price applicable to your subscription unless Apple provides notice or requests consent for a price change where required.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but normally does not end access during a billing period that has already been paid for. Apple’s current subscription framework states that auto-renewable subscriptions continue until the user cancels them. See Apple’s subscription information.

Free Trials

A free trial may be available only to eligible users. Trial availability and duration are shown before purchase and may be determined by Apple.

Unless cancelled within the period specified on the purchase screen, a trial will convert to a paid auto-renewable subscription at the displayed price. Removing the App during a trial does not cancel the subscription or prevent conversion to paid access.

Lifetime Purchases

A “lifetime” or one-time purchase provides access to the premium functions included in that purchase for the supported lifetime of the applicable App, subject to applicable law.

It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that the App or every existing function will remain available indefinitely. A lifetime purchase does not automatically include:

• separately released applications;
• products distributed under another bundle identifier;
• unrelated services introduced in the future;
• third-party products or services;
• functions expressly offered as a separate purchase.

Restoring Purchases

Eligible purchases may be restored through the App while you are signed in to the Apple Account used for the original transaction. Restoration may depend on Apple’s records, product availability, account status, and technical conditions.

Refunds and Billing Issues

Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive your full payment-card or banking details and generally cannot independently issue refunds for transactions controlled by Apple.

Refund requests, billing disputes, accidental purchases, and payment reversals are handled under Apple’s applicable policies and local consumer law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.

Updates and Availability

We may release updates to improve security, stability, compatibility, design, or functionality. Certain updates may be required for continued use.

We do not promise that:

• the App will always be available in every country or region;
• every function will remain free or unchanged;
• every third-party format or integration will remain supported;
• older App versions will continue to operate after system or platform changes.

If a material change affects paid access, we will provide notice or other remedies where required by law.

Third-Party Services

The App may interact with services operated by Apple, analytics and advertising providers, file-storage providers, printers, sharing destinations, or other third parties.

Third-party services are not controlled by Current Transmission Limited. We are not responsible for their independent content, terms, security, availability, pricing, or data practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate agreements.

Intellectual Property

The App’s software, interface, branding, graphics, design, arrangement, original templates, and other proprietary materials are owned by Current Transmission Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may send suggestions or feedback about the App. Unless prohibited by law, you permit us to use voluntary feedback to improve our products without payment or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your documents or other personal content.

Intellectual property concerns may be reported to [email protected]. Please provide enough information to identify the relevant material and explain the basis of your request.

Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App ends your local use but does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

We may restrict or terminate access if you:

• materially violate these Terms;
• attempt to bypass purchases or security controls;
• use the App for unlawful or infringing activity;
• interfere with the App or third-party services;
• create a material legal or security risk.

When use is terminated, the license granted under these Terms ends. Provisions relating to ownership, completed purchases, limitations of liability, and other matters that logically survive termination will remain effective.

Privacy

Information associated with your use of the App is handled as described in the Privacy Policy available through the App or its App Store listing.

The Privacy Policy explains the App’s handling of identifiers, technical information, analytics, advertising data, purchase information, and files processed through the App.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, compatible with every file, or suitable for every professional purpose. No statement outside these Terms creates a warranty unless it is expressly required by applicable law.

Mandatory consumer guarantees and other rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Current Transmission Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from:

• lost, deleted, corrupted, or overwritten files;
• inaccurate text extraction or document conversion;
• changes to layout, formulas, fonts, images, or metadata;
• failure to maintain an appropriate backup;
• reliance on a document, template, or converted result;
• third-party storage, sharing, printing, advertising, or platform services;
• unauthorized access resulting from inadequate device or account security;
• loss of profits, business, data, reputation, or opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from the App will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Local Consumer Rights

These Terms apply subject to mandatory laws in the country or region where you live. If a provision conflicts with a right that cannot be waived, that mandatory right will prevail and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.

Apple-Specific Conditions

These Terms are concluded between you and Current Transmission Limited, not Apple. Current Transmission Limited is solely responsible for the App and its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent that an applicable warranty cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Current Transmission Limited, rather than Apple, is responsible for addressing claims concerning the App, including product-liability, regulatory, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property claims.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to an applicable United States government embargo and are not listed on an applicable prohibited or restricted-party list.

You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions against you.

Use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable Usage Rules and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the App, purchase options, business practices, platform requirements, or applicable law.

The updated Terms will display a revised effective date. If applicable law requires separate notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it through the App or another appropriate method.

Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
